Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to join their local leadership team in Houston, Texas. The MIT will focus on building a supportive environment, achieving personal and team sales goals, and inspiring team members. Responsibilities include maintaining club standards and implementing company programs to enhance membership growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective time management, and preferably experience in fitness management.
