Fitness Manager

Fitness Manager – EōS Fitness is a dynamic, upbeat fitness club dedicated to creating loyal, lifelong fans and helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to inspire a team of personal trainers and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. Position Purpose Build and lead a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensuring a healthy client pipeline, delivering high‑quality client experiences, and driving membership growth and retention. Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets by driving membership growth, new PT agreements, and client retention. Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and smooth transitions into club experience. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise PT staff, including Managers, Assistants, and Trainers. Manage payroll for PT staff, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to department leaders and staff. Maintain PT staff certifications (CPR, First Aid, PT certifications). Provide constructive performance feedback and coaching. Resolve member concerns, manage membership inquiries, and ensure outstanding customer service. Enforce health and safety regulations, certification compliance, and facility cleanliness. Manage emergency communications calmly and effectively. Qualifications 2+ years of fitness or personal training management experience (preferred). 3–4 years of customer service experience. Personal Training sales experience highly preferred. Strong communication, relationship building, and influencing skills. Excellent organizational, record‑keeping, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Valid PT certification. Previous sales experience required. Physical ability to lift >40 lbs, bend, and move within a gym setting. Computer proficiency for data entry and system access.
