We are seeking a candidate that can lead and oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while supervising staff, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement within warehouse operations. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.

How you create impact

• Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop inventory team members to drive performance and accountability. 
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What we would like you to bring

• 3+ years of warehouse inventory control experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed; degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
