Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to patients in a long‑term acute care or rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, assess, and document patient progress while ensuring safety and comfort. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and discharge planning. Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning. Qualifications Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Connecticut. Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred). Required: Demonstrated competence in the clinical setting. Sign On Bonus This job is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $7,500.
