As a Content & Operations Associate you will leverage various skills, but your main super-powers must be creativity, clear writing, and the attention to detail to keep several moving parts on track at once. A significant part of this role is commercial: you will create and maintain the presentations, proposals and one-pagers that reach our clients and partners, so every asset carries the brand and the science.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 4 years across content, marketing operations or project coordination, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Commercial Materials: Comfortable creating and maintaining client-facing presentations, proposals and one-pagers to a high standard. This is a significant part of the role.
• Content & Craft: Evidence of having written for a professional audience in English, with control over tone and structure.
• Visual Craft & Community: Comfortable building social assets, carousels and simple decks inside an existing brand system, with proof of having built an audience around a product.
• Project Management: Strong ability to manage several priorities, give structure to complex tasks, and deliver high-quality work on time.
• High Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and precision, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• AI Fluency: You already use similar tools daily for research, drafting, repurposing and analysis.
• Data-Driven: You apply data and analytics to measure, track and inform decision-making, and you are quick to spot when a number looks wrong.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written and cross-cultural communication skills with a strong command of English, and comfort working autonomously across functions and time zones.
• Accuracy: Every factual claim traced to an approved source before it is published.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Desirable: Figma, Notion, Make, AI tools, Customer.io, LinkedIn company pages.

Main Responsibilities

• Commercial Support: Creating and updating commercial materials such as presentations, proposals and one-pagers for clients and partners.
• Content Calendar: Owning the content calendar and social strategy across LinkedIn and our owned channels, from idea to published post.
• Copywriting: Writing posts, captions, case studies and newsletters that carry the science.
• Visual Assets: Building carousels, tiles and infographics in Figma inside the Syd brand system.
• Project Management: Taking ownership of content and operational workflows, ensuring timelines are met for global rollouts, pilots and launches.
• Partner Operations: Running the monthly benefits-platform portal intake, the weekly genetic consultation tracker, and the monthly commission submission.
• Growth Operations: Supporting the Growth Manager with all matters relating to leads in the pipeline and existing client success initiatives.
• Engagement: Capturing the attention of corporate clients and end-users with relevant content, while monitoring queries and feedback for quick resolution.
• Reporting: Running monthly performance reports on content, channels and partner activity, and saying what the numbers mean.
