About us Flipturn is accelerating EV adoption with software to better manage, optimize, and monetize EV charging. The role We're building out the GTM team at Flipturn with a Growth Associate. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the top of the funnel - executing campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-makers across fleet, real estate, and other sectors. You'll work to refine our outbound strategy, shape messaging, and identify new opportunities in a fast-moving and rapidly growing industry.

- Run multi-channel outreach : Manage outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive demand and book demos
- Map accounts : Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
- Test and iterate : Experiment with new messaging, outreach sequences, and creative tactics to increase conversion rates
- Collaborate : Partner with the growth team to analyze campaign performance and continually improve playbooks
- Build for scale : Help create scripts, processes, and documentation that future GTM Associates will use as we scale the team
- Being part of a small, entrepreneurial team building new functions from scratch
- Testing and iterating quickly to find what works
- Taking a "ruthlessly results-oriented" approach
- Working hard, staying organized, and owning ambitious targets
- 6-18 months of work experience
- Experience in SDR/BDR capacity
- You're driven, competitive, and thrive in environments where effort and creativity directly impact results. You're hungry to learn, not afraid of rejection, and motivated by hitting ambitious goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with GTM tooling (CRM, sales intelligence tools) preferred
