Come be a part of our team and help make a difference in our patients' vision.Some Job Duties May Include:Coordinate clinical research studies under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Vision Research leadershipMaintain accurate study documentation, subject records, and source documentsPerform study-related procedures in accordance with research protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH, and FDA guidelinesScreen, recruit, enroll, and retain study participants while ensuring protocol complianceCollect medical histories, concomitant medications, and study-specific clinical dataEnter and maintain study data within sponsor electronic data capture (EDC) systemsPrepare for sponsor site visits, audits, and regulatory inspectionsAssist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and regulatory documentationCoordinate specimen collection, processing, storage, and shipment as requiredCommunicate with physicians, study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and research participantsSupport adverse event documentation and follow-upMaintain HIPAA compliance and ensure confidentiality of research participantsAssist with scheduling research visits and providing ongoing patient educationSkills/Requirements:Prior clinical research experience or Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) certification preferredStrong attention to detail with accurate data entry skillsExperience working within sponsor electronic data systems is preferredAbility to maintain screening and recruitment logs using Excel or Microsoft WordStrong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skillsPhlebotomy experience preferredOphthalmology experience or COA, COT, or COMT certification is a plus, but not requiredGenerous Benefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)Eight (8) Company Paid HolidaysMedical and Dental InsuranceGenerous Vision BenefitsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Company-Paid Life and AD&D InsuranceVoluntary Supplemental Life and AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) and Roth Retirement PlansFinancial Wellness ProgramAnd much more!Eye Associates of New Mexico is proud to foster a safe, team-oriented culture that supports a drug-free workplace.AA/EOE/Disability.
