Who You Are Experienced leader with two or more years of specialty retail experience, emphasizing store operations and/or visual merchandising. Model of professionalism with a strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others. Customer‑centric, understanding how exceptional service drives sales. Educator, coach and mentor who inspires team associates based on their strengths. Organized and strategic, able to make independent decisions and work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Clear communicator of business‑related information and brand initiatives. Ambitious, enthusiastic and friendly, able to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment. Technologically adept in POS, iPad and handheld systems. Comfortable with physical work such as climbing ladders, moving around regularly and standing for extended periods of time. Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry and move at least 40 lbs. Available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and able to commit to 40 hours per week. What You’ll Do Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally. Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Partner with the Manager to lead the team with ownership of all areas of operations. Plan, execute and lead floor sets, window displays, interior marketing, recalls, markdowns and other visual merchandising activities. Educate, train and reinforce brand standards as well as company policies and procedures. Balance operational and selling energy, ensuring proper planning, scheduling and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs. Maintain knowledge of the business, competitive landscape, fashion trends and key drivers to identify opportunities for sales growth and financial success. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and with local, state and federal employment laws. Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive work environment. Position Details Location: Store 01021, Marlton, NJ 08053. Position Type: Regular/Full time.
