Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title

Work Location: Solon, OH / Hybrid (T, W, Th in office / M&F work from home) Work Schedule: FT / M-F 7:30 am to 4:30 pm OR 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Primary Responsibilities

Support administrative functions of the Credit Department, including: Analyze and approve misdirected cash and deduction transfers between Operating Companies and to ensure proper accounting of trade receivable balances. Monitor the system and ledger for policy compliance and ensure supporting documentation is provided. Assist on department projects and perform other duties and special assignments as required. Reconcile the account balance and open items of all document types with the customer

Requirements and Minimum Education Level

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required Minimum of two years in Accounts Receivable preferred Experience: Experience in the CPG industry preferred SAP accounts receivable system experience preferred
