Actual earnings depend on the assignment, schedule, documented compensable hours, and applicable overtime. Responsibilities

• Companionship and supervision
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Dementia and memory-care support
• Safety and fall-prevention support
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Documentation and communication with the Milenis team
