We're hiring a Welder / Fabricator to support plant maintenance and production needs in an industrial manufacturing environment. If you take pride in precision welding, reading prints, and building components that keep operations moving, this role is for you. This is a first shift role. (Monday‑Friday 6am-2:30pm) Why You'll Want This Job Competitive hourly pay aligned with off‑shift premium Sign‑on bonus for qualified external candidates Stable, long‑term role in an aerospace industrial environment Strong benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays Hands‑on fabrication and welding work—no production line welding Variety of projects supporting maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades Safety‑focused, team‑oriented work environment What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and other materials Fabricate parts, structures, frames, and components to support plant operations Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding and assembly Repair and rebuild industrial equipment, guards, platforms, and supports Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, torches, grinders, and plasma cutters Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and safety standards Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hot‑work requirements Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED 3‑5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred, or equivalent training Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG and Stick experience a strong plus Ability to read and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings Solid understanding of welding safety practices and procedures Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and safety‑focused mindset Ready to take the next step? Eligible for the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan. Employees receive 80 hours paid time off per year and 10 paid holidays.
