Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance, feedback, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Requirements: Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
