We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to break into luxury real estate by starting on the buyer side and gaining valuable hands-on experience while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow as a Showing Agent, learn from experienced luxury real estate professionals, and build toward a long-term career in the luxury market.

You will learn how to support buyer showings, communicate effectively with clients, and understand how luxury buyers move through the home search process from the first property tour through the offer stage. The focus is on building strong real estate fundamentals, improving client interactions, and developing confidence through consistent activity and coaching.

Working alongside experienced agents, you will learn proven systems, clear processes, and professional habits that support success in luxury real estate. As your experience grows, you will gain a deeper understanding of how luxury transactions are managed while strengthening your ability to build relationships and create exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service

Qualifications

• Real estate License required
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
