You will begin to understand how commercial opportunities are analyzed, how negotiations progress, and how transactions move from the initial conversation through closing while building stronger organization and follow up habits along the way. Responsibilities Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Qualifications Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Independent and self motivated Proven negotiating and communication skills Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Real estate license required in order to work with clients Compensation 160,000+ at plan earnings #J-18808-Ljbffr KW Whittier
