Real Estate Acquisitions Agent

We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a career within the acquisitions side of real estate while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn to evaluate opportunities using clear investment criteria, understand pricing and margins, and determine whether a property aligns with strategic goals and acquisition standards. The work is process-driven and focused on discipline, follow-up, communication, and making decisions based on data and market conditions.

As your skills continue developing, you will learn to move opportunities from initial review through contract with more structure and confidence. With proven systems, practical tools, and guidance from experienced acquisitions agents, you will continue building the habits needed to operate efficiently inside an investment-focused real estate niche built around consistency and repeatable results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale

Qualifications

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Ability to effectively calculate CMAs, profit loss reports, and ROI
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
