As we continue to expand nationwide, we are looking for an energetic and professional Sales Interviewer & Recruiter to join our Talent team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and enjoys helping build high-performing sales teams. Position Overview The Sales Interviewer & Recruiter position is primarily focused on interviewing candidates for our sales organization while also supporting recruiting efforts. This role requires someone who is engaging, confident on camera, and able to assess talent effectively while representing the Home Genius brand. Role Breakdown: 70% Interviewing 30% Recruiting Responsibilities Conduct virtual and phone interviews for sales candidates across multiple markets Evaluate candidates for culture fit, communication skills, and sales potential Clearly explain the Home Genius sales opportunity, compensation structure, and career path Maintain a professional and energetic presence while being on camera for much of the workday Source and recruit candidates through various platforms and outreach methods Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication Partner with Talent leadership to ensure hiring goals are met Qualifications Previous recruiting, interviewing, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality Comfortable being on camera for a large portion of the day Ability to quickly learn and understand sales roles and career paths Highly organized with strong time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered after 30 days of employment Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing organization Collaborative and team-oriented culture If you enjoy meeting new people, identifying top talent, and helping build winning sales teams, we'd love to hear from you.
