Garage Parking Customer Service Concierge

Pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 an hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

The Garage Parking Customer Service Concierge is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and clerical tasks.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities

1. Data Entry
2. Customer Service
3. Clerical tasks
4. Cashier tasks
5. Answering phones
6. Deliveries (walking distance)
7. Data postings regarding billing
8. Daily revenue posting
9. Support other personnel as required
10. Post payments on customer accounts
11. Tenant validations and reporting
12. Copy, scan, and fax documents
13. Answer customer Emails phone calls in a timely manner
14. Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly
15. Activate parking access
16. Process vendor invoices.
17. Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for the next shift
18. Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to learn software packages appropriate to responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, Excel
• General administration skills
• Excellent computer skills
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) Year of prior customer service or similar experience preferred
