Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule: Nights (7p - 7:30a) with every other weekend required.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in telemetry and stepdown units.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and coordinate care based on telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care pathways.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Compliance / Notes:

• Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
