Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Respiratory

Schedule:
- Shift: Nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Hours: 36 hours/week
- Every other weekend required

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care primarily to patients in the Respiratory unit, including those diagnosed with COVID-19.
- Float as needed to other Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, and Cardiac.
- Monitor patient telemetry and perform necessary assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must pass a competency test for Telemetry on the first day of employment.
- Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission.
- Agency contracts must mirror the confirmation page exactly.
