Position: Machinist II
Pay: $35.00 Hourly (Contract)
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Location: Franklin, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machinist II to start IMMEDIATELY at $35/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Support safety protocols proactively and consistently.
• Produce tooling and fixtures for production using machining skills and equipment.
• Inspect parts and tools with gauges to meet specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment safety.
• Conduct visual inspections and bead blasting as needed.
• Recognize and resolve practical machining problems.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and properly.
• Polish, blend, and ensure product quality standards.
• Build inspection fixtures and perform cold working on metal components.
• Follow routing instructions carefully and perform work assignments efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with hand tools and manual mills/lathes with CNC retrofit.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and technical data.
• Knowledge of tooling speeds, feeds, and offsets.
• Capable of writing and testing CNC programs.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong organization and teamwork skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass FAA drug screening and background check.
