Industrial Facilities Specialist / Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Systems Specialist to oversee and maintain our critical infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for the upkeep, inspection, and operation of various utility systems, including pressurized air networks, industrial water systems, and power distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment areas, utility rooms, and related spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain pressurized air networks, including regular upkeep, scheduling, and performance trackingOversee power distribution systems, conducting routine checks and maintaining operational recordsManage industrial and purified water systems, including maintenance tasks and data loggingConduct filter replacements and maintain filtration equipment as per manufacturer specificationsPerform cleaning-in-place procedures for storage units, filtration systems, and supply linesEnsure reliable water supply to production equipment and auxiliary systems through proper pump and pipe maintenanceCalibrate and maintain specialized equipment such as ozone generators and mineral infusion systems (where applicable)Operate and maintain water treatment systems, including chemical dosing equipmentSupport production team with equipment sanitization processesOperate and maintain water purification systems, including reverse osmosis unitsManage climate control systems, including cooling towers, refrigeration units, and heat transfer equipmentActively promote and contribute to workplace safety initiativesQualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical fieldDemonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teamsStrong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systemsBasic knowledge of chemical and biological processes related to industrial applicationsHigh school diploma required; Associate's degree in a relevant scientific field preferredExperience with industrial cleaning and sanitation protocols is a plusThis position plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our facility.
