As Environmental Services Supervisor, you will help lead a team that supports healing and recovery through cleanliness, safety, and service. Position Overview The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping and sanitation operations while providing leadership, training, scheduling, and quality oversight for Environmental Services staff. This role ensures compliance with infection control standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements while promoting a positive patient and employee experience. What You'll Do Lead and support Environmental Services team members in daily cleaning and disinfection activities. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate departmental coverage. Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards. Conduct routine quality inspections and monitor compliance with infection control expectations. Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and hazardous materials. Respond to urgent cleaning needs and special project requests. Partner with nursing leaders and hospital departments to prioritize environmental services needs.
