Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist, PT position available at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Syracuse, NY. Duties:

• Primary responsibilities will be to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality

• Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs

• The PT assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability

Skills/Requirements:

• Current New York State Physical Therapist licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development

• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
