Growth Marketing Manager

Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will support the operational backbone of the marketing organization by translating campaign and funnel data into actionable insights, dashboards, and processes, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales operations, and revenue leadership. Key responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards to track the health of the growth funnel and provide deep analysis on marketing metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and implement policies related to lead routing and campaign operations Monitor and report on conversion metrics, optimizing performance and identifying bottlenecks in the sales cycle Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics At least 2 years of hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Sigma, or Looker Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign performance measurement Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
