Complete internal job file quality reviews Audit estimates and maintain an upload process Help Project Managers coordinate subcontractors and job scheduling Daily contact with property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnel Weekly meetings with Project Managers to discuss projects Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence Perform detailed and accurate data entry Assist other departments, as needed This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
