Workforce Management Analyst

Analyzing workforce capacity and demand trends, the full-time remote Workforce Management Analyst will build dashboards, support forecasting, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with various teams. Key responsibilities Analyze workforce capacity, utilization, and demand trends to support data-driven planning Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into workforce health and performance Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to translate workforce data into actionable insights Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or workforce analytics Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
