The Audit Insights and Innovation (I&I) team is at the cutting edge of AI, data management, and machine learning to deliver key risk insights for internal auditors shaping the risk management landscape. Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager you will: Bridge the gap between generative AI capabilities, enterprise‑scale design, and specialized domain expertise to navigate a complex regulated landscape and deliver high‑impact solutions. Own the vision and roadmap of the Audit Compass experience, driving immediate value to auditors. Collaborate with full‑stack engineering teams, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and subject‑matter experts to build AI‑assisted auditing experiences. Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria, conduct research, and define feature design. Break down business epics into features and user stories, prioritise roadmaps, and ensure risk processes are followed. Work autonomously in an agile environment, research new technologies, and deliver well‑managed product platforms. Partner with designers, technologists, and stakeholders to share succinct product roadmaps and elevate business value. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. At least 1 year of product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, OR software engineering experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products. 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences. 1+ years as product owner in an agile development process with cross‑functional teams. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges: McLean, VA – $111,200–$126,900; Richmond, VA – $101,100–$115,400 (adjusted by location).
