Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities Maintain and clean the donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist donors in receiving items, provide receipts, and ensure proper documentation. Maintain all reports and paperwork as instructed by the supervisor. Separate and sort donated material into the correct containers, stacking as instructed. Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as necessary. Inform the supervisor of needed items prior to running out (e.g., brooms, receipts, totes, carts). Secure and lock the donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry. Ability to read, write, and understand both written and verbal instructions. Effective communication skills with management, colleagues, customers, and donors. Physical Demands Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts. Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule Stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by management and require flexibility to ensure adequate store coverage.
