About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Adult Services to join their executive leadership team. This key role is responsible for leading one of the organization's largest and most impactful service divisions, with a focus on adult behavioral health, residential, substance use, and community-based programs. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, quality outcomes, and strategic growth across adult services. This includes driving organizational priorities, strengthening community partnerships, and developing future leaders. The Vice President will also be involved in shaping the long-term vision of the company and must be adept at managing operations, budgets, and projects, as well as leading and managing behavioral health treatment programs. Candidates for the Vice President of Adult Services position at the company must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related social services field, and be fully licensed in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing operations, budgets, and projects, as well as in leadership and managing behavioral health treatment programs, is required. The role demands a leader who can provide administrative supervision, ensure staff competency, and maintain key relationships for the success of the programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community behavioral health and be committed to the vision of collaboration and partnership in resolving complex problems.
