The Home Solutions Specialist is responsible for engaging with residential customers through face-to-face interactions to identify their needs and recommend solutions that enhance their home experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build trust while representing the company professionally in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with homeowners and residents through professional and friendly interactions.
Assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.
