Job Title: System Configuration Analyst Location: Hill AFB, UT Job Type: Full-Time Overview: Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Hill AFB in Utah. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business. This is not a remote position.Key Responsibilities:Provide user support for the ERP system across all areas within the squadron/groupEngage daily with internal and external customers to ensure correct priorities are being workedPossess an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and the impact of system transactionsAnalyze configuration change requests and propose alternate resolutions when necessaryConduct system tests to ensure system functionality and process complianceMaintain knowledge and clear understanding of all system changesEffectively communicate changes and updates to all relevant partiesParticipate in software testing and proof of concept activitiesContribute to process improvements eventsProvide training and guidance on configuration processes, tools, and best practicesIdentify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivityGather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time framesConduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reportsPerform any additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and organization Required Skills and Education: Bachelor's degree or 7 years of relevant experienceExperience in configuration management, including knowledge of industry standards and best practicesDetail-oriented and able to work well under pressureExcellent communication skillsAbility to interact with peopleMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsU.S. CitizenAbility to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQLStrong technical writing skills SI offers the following benefits to employees when eligible:Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance supplemented by SISupplemental insurance options401k matchingHoliday payVacation and Sick payBonus programEmployee development programSI does not offer relocation expenses.
