Our Hamilton, Washington facility specializes in manufacturing and machining large, complex composite and metallic structures for the aerospace and space exploration markets. The parts produced are installed on fighter jets, bombers, rockets, and space vehicles.The Business Systems Analyst III serves as a senior-level functional and technical analyst who leads requirement definition, system design, cross-platform integration, and enterprise-wide process improvements.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWorks independently on complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Leads requirements engagements end-to-end, owns BRDs and process documentation, and actively contributes to system design and integration decisions.Leads complex requirements gathering sessions and translates business needs into functional and technical specifications.Owns cross-functional solution design for ERP, MES, HRIS, and reporting systems.Manages medium to large system projects including scope definition, testing cycles, and change management.Designs advanced SQL queries, data models, metrics, and Power BI dashboards supporting enterprise analytics.Partners with developers, architects, and business owners to evaluate system capabilities and propose enhancements.Defines system governance standards, documentation guidelines, and integration specifications.Evaluates system performance, identifies root causes of issues, and drives long-term corrective actions.Mentors junior analysts and contributes to department training and standards.Supports SAP ECC/S4, Autotime, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise apps with advanced troubleshooting.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.The ideal candidate will bring strong, hands-on SAP or experience, as this expertise is essential for success in the BSA role.Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and enterprise reporting tools.Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading enterprise-scale system implementations.Advanced Power BI experience and DAX expertise.Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, middleware, or EDI.Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading cross-functional workgroups.Detailed Wage Information: Wage range for this role is between $85K–$96K, plus benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, offsite work, or access assignments. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of base compensation for this role.
