Medication Reconciliation Technician – 10 hour shifts (7 on, 7 off) Job Summary and Qualifications The Medication Reconciliation Tech is responsible for accurately performing all advanced and basic pharmacy tech functions in a timely manner. In addition, they may perform duties associated with Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) and other specialized duties as assigned by the pharmacy management team.
