• Manage and inspire —take on leadership responsibilities and guide a growing team, all while ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Arizona State Bar membership (or awaiting Character & Fitness)
• Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred but not required)
• A high-energy, high-volume mindset —you thrive in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that win clients and cases alike
• The ability to problem-solve with precision and navigate complex legal challenges
