A school in the Bound Brook, NJ area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide both direct services and consultation for a caseload primarily composed of Pre-K through 1st grade students, with occasional support for high schoolers. This is a flexible contract position available part-time or full-time, running through December 31, 2026, with hours from 7:50 AM to 3:05 PM and a full hour each day for lunch and prep.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license
• Prior school-based OT experience is highly valued
• Strong background with early childhood and elementary populations preferred
• Confident collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including families, educators, and related service providers
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of timely documentation and record-keeping

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy sessions tailored to student needs and IEP goals in the school environment
• Engage with teachers, families, and staff to maximize student outcomes
• Promote skills development for daily classroom participation and academic success
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date service records and documentation
• Take part in evaluations, team meetings, and IEP development
• Flexibly adjust caseload management based on student requirements and school priorities
