Descripción del Puesto
Buscamos un(a) Project Manager altamente organizado(a) y orientado(a) a resultados para liderar proyectos de instalación de sistemas solares desde la planificación hasta su finalización. Será responsable de coordinar recursos, supervisar equipos, controlar cronogramas y asegurar la ejecución exitosa de los proyectos cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y satisfacción del cliente.
Funciones:
- Liderar y coordinar proyectos de principio a fin, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y objetivos.
- Supervisar equipos de los distintos departamentos de operaciones y mantener una comunicación efectiva entre departamentos y partes interesadas.
- Monitorear el progreso de los proyectos, identificar riesgos y desarrollar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
- Gestionar las fases, documentación, cumplimiento contractual y requisitos regulatorios.
- Administrar recursos, costos y procesos operacionales para maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad.
- Mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes, suplidores y entidades externas.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, diseño, código eléctrico, instalaciones electricas, mejoras y servicio.
- Preparar informes y métricas de desempeño para el seguimiento de los objetivos.
Requisitos:
Educación
- Bachillerato en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Gerencia de Proyectos o área relacionada.
- Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) o Gerencia de Proyectos es deseable.
Experiencia
- Mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de construcción, infraestructura, energía renovable o industria relacionada.
- Experiencia administrando presupuestos, recursos y cronogramas.
- Experiencia supervisando equipos.
- Experiencia en la industria solar o energética (preferible).
Licencias / Certificaciones
- Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, entre otros (preferible)
- Licencia PE (Professional Engineer) (preferible)
- Certificaciones relacionadas con energía renovable (preferible)
- Licencia de conducir vigente de PR
