In addition to the perks above we also offer:* 9 annual paid holidays* 1-2 free company events every summer* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Flexibility in start/stop time for most positions* Profit Based Bonus and ***More!*****Responsibilities include:**As a **Geospatial Product Support Specialist**, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and advancing geospatial solutions:* Deliver **expert technical support and training** for Trimble geospatial products, including:* + Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center software + GNSS receivers + Robotic total stations + Digital levels* Collaborate with the **sales team** to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.* Conduct engaging and effective **training sessions**, both online and in-person.* Travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, providing on-site support and training (company vehicle provided).## Qualifications**Requirements:*** A background in **Land Surveying**, **Civil Engineering**, or a **related field** (experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus).* Exceptional **technical support skills** paired with outstanding customer service abilities.* Proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting and software support.* The ability to work **independently** while managing multiple priorities with ease.* Experience in **product or software training** (preferred but not required). #J-18808-Ljbffr Seiler Instrument Inc.
