Senior Product Manager, CRM & Sales Enablement

Job Overview At Guardian, we are transforming the advisor experience through an integrated technology ecosystem designed to drive productivity, growth, and deeper client relationships. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Enablement platforms, partnering closely with field teams, business leaders, and technology partners. Responsibilities Define and drive the roadmap for CRM and sales enablement platforms aligned to Guardian’s integrated ecosystem Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, providing mentorship and performance feedback Build a high‑performing product team through coaching in agile practices and stakeholder engagement Engage directly with advisors and agency leaders to understand workflows and needs Translate field insights into scalable, user‑centric platform capabilities Balance flexibility required by entrepreneurial agencies with enterprise consistency Lead development of CRM and sales enablement capabilities across advisor workflows Ensure integration across Guardian’s advisor technology ecosystem Drive prioritization of AI‑enabled capabilities within platform strategy Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver product outcomes Manage dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic) Define and track OKRs tied to advisor productivity and adoption Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management for CRM or sales enablement Experience managing and developing Product Owners Field‑facing experience supporting advisors or sales teams Experience supporting entrepreneurial or independent agency environments Strong understanding of AI concepts and product strategy integration Proven ability to work across business and technology stakeholders Preferred Experience Experience with CRM or sales enablement platforms, preferably Salesforce or Seismic Experience in financial services, wealth management, or insurance Experience with integrated advisor technology ecosystems Skills & Competencies People Leadership & Coaching CRM & Sales Enablement Strategy AI & Intelligent Automation Product Roadmap Development Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Field Engagement & User‑Centered Design Change Management & Adoption Continuous Improvement Salary $152,290.00 – $250,195.00 (base pay estimate for the primary location) Equal Employment Opportunity Guardian is an equal‑opportunity employer.
