About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Presales and Solutions Engineering. This strategic role is a key partner to the Global Head of Presales, ensuring the SE organization operates smoothly, scales effectively, and remains aligned with company strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic operator, capable of thinking at the executive level and driving execution with a focus on high-impact initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic planning, communication, decision support, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in special projects, acting as a trusted advisor, and influencing across the organization without relying on positional authority. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles, preferably within a global enterprise SaaS or technology organization. A strong background in executive communications, and experience in or with a Presales, Solutions Engineering, or GTM field organization is highly valued. The role requires a data-literate individual with a bias for action, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects, and will have a proven track record of establishing operational processes and driving continuous improvement.
