About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 16 weeks or longer Shift: Nights - 12HR Hours per Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM / 7 AM - 7 PM (NIGHT/DAY ROTATION) Experience: 2 years recent experience in labor and delivery; 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates License: Active NY RN license Certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, C-efm fetal monitoring Must-Have: Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule; Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Description: Unit has 10 beds. Nights shift is 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM and includes a night/day rotation. 36 and 48 hours per week are available. Must work one weekend shift per week or two weekend shifts every other weekend. All staff must work at least one holiday per contract. Block scheduling can be requested but is not guaranteed approval. Floating to mother/baby, newborn nursery, and/or operating room as needed is required. Charting is performed using EPIC and OBIX.
