Pay Rate : $41–$46/hour

Duration : 12-Month Assignment

Location : Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Summary

We are seeking an Digital Content Programmer to support the programming and delivery of digital fitness content across a leading subscription fitness platform. In this role, you will manage the weekly publication of workouts, meditations, and featured content, ensuring digital experiences are accurate, engaging, and delivered seamlessly across multiple devices.

The ideal candidate has experience in content programming, digital media, or e-commerce environments and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, editorial, and customer experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content management systems and improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Program and manage weekly digital fitness content, including workouts, meditation sessions, featured collections, and other editorial initiatives across multiple platforms
• Ensure all content assets, metadata, and supporting deliverables are accurately published according to editorial schedules
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to execute editorial programming and maintain a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborate with Content, Production, Marketing, Business, Engineering, and Design teams to coordinate content launches and platform updates
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance internal content management tools and improve publishing workflows
• Assist with testing and programming content for upcoming platform features in development and pre-production environments
• Monitor content quality, troubleshoot publishing issues, and ensure all deliverables meet established standards
• Recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and improve the customer experience
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in content programming, digital media, online publishing, e-commerce, or related fields
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality content
• Comfortable working with digital technologies, web-based production tools, and evolving publishing workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Passion for digital fitness, wellness, meditation, or subscription-based consumer experiences

Required Skills

• Experience supporting subscription-based digital products or consumer applications
• Experience working with editorial operations, digital merchandising, or content strategy teams
• Familiarity with QA testing, metadata management, or content validation processes
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on product enhancements or CMS improvements
• Interest in health, fitness, wellness, or digital lifestyle products
