Personal or professional experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseReliable transportationAbility and willingness to transport participants using your personal vehicleDo you have what it takes? You'll assist with daily routines, support the development of valuable job and life skills, encourage greater self-sufficiency, and participate in engaging community activities that promote inclusion and independence. Along the way, you'll serve as a positive role model, implement behavior support strategies when needed, celebrate personal achievements, and work closely with your teammates to create solutions and opportunities that help participants continue growing.
