Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for a manufacturing client based in Clackamas, OR. This role will provide hands-on NetSuite administration and post-go-live support, with a focus on workflow configuration, user support, training, and continued process improvement.

Location: 100% Onsite – Clackamas, OR

Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour

Duration: Short-term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administration and post-go-live support for the NetSuite environment.
Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite workflows based on business requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access within NetSuite.
Troubleshoot system and user issues and provide hands-on support to business users.
Review current workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite workflows, processes, and step-by-step procedures.
Develop user training materials, including guides and screen recordings.
Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
Support EDI-related processes and integrations within the NetSuite environment.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and an experienced team to support the continued adoption and optimization of NetSuite.

Proven hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator .
Experience providing post-go-live support and/or supporting a new NetSuite implementation .
Strong experience with NetSuite workflow configuration .
Hands-on experience managing roles, permissions, and user access .
Experience creating system/process documentation and providing end-user training.
Well-rounded NetSuite experience with the ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
NetSuite Administrator Certification .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, mature, and collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively within an established team environment.

Highly Preferred

EDI experience , particularly within a manufacturing environment.
