Pay: $20.30-21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary-

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing calendars, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations. You will serve as a key point of communication, ensuring schedules are accurate, organized, and efficiently managed.

Essential Job Duties-

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar activities
• Maintain accurate records and scheduling information
• Process data entry and update company databases
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and team members
• Support multiple departments with scheduling and administrative needs
• Assist with office projects and operational tasks as assigned
• Ensure all scheduling changes and updates are communicated promptly and accurately

Requirements-

• Experience as a File Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
