Pay Rate: $ 22.00/hour


Initially Onsite- Cary, NC with the possibility of going hybrid

Schedule: Training (8-12 weeks): Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Required Saturday approximately every 3-4 months (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with one weekday off.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with prescription status updates, payment information, and general inquiries

Schedule medication deliveries and process payment arrangements

Maintain accurate customer records and update detailed case notes

Provide refill and shipping status updates through internal systems

Verify insurance information and provide invoice copies upon request

Support patients during refill scheduling and escalate clinical concerns to pharmacists or nurses when appropriate

Route inquiries to the appropriate departments for timely resolution

Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to ensure patient safety

Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance and quality expectations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
• Strong attendance and reliability

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
