Urgent Care Opportunity with Sanford Health - Bismarck, ND

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established group of physicians in the Urgent Care Clinics in Bismarck/Mandan.

Practice Details:

• Outpatient only
• An average of 14 shifts per month; 6–7 hour shifts
• Opportunity to stack shifts
• Rotating Shifts; every other weekend and two holidays annually
• Full-time coverage 
• Join 13 urgent care physicians across 2 clinics
  
• Teaching/Academic setting available within UND School of Medicine — Medical Students and Family Medicine Residency

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $300,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• Additional physician benefits package including: retention incentive, health, dental, vision, 401K, disability, CME Allowance, malpractice insurance, and relocation allowance.
