$330k Floor + $150k Retention Incentive ~ Urgent Care Opportunity with Sanford Health ~ Bismarck, ND

Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established group of physicians in the Urgent Care Clinics in Bismarck/Mandan.

Practice Details:

• Outpatient only
• An average of 14 shifts per month; 6–8 hour shifts
• Opportunity to stack shifts
• Rotating Shifts
• Full-time coverage 
• Join 13 urgent care physicians across 2 clinics
  
• Teaching/Academic setting available within UND School of Medicine — Medical Students and Family Medicine Residency

Competitive Compensation Plan:

• Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
