Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionPrepare, revise, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and trial materialsFile documents electronically in state and federal courts and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlinesManage attorneys' calendars including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetingsTrack, calendar, and monitor litigation deadlinesMaintain and organize electronic case files and administrative recordsCoordinate service of process and communicate with courts, opposing counsel, clients, and vendorsAssist with trial preparation including trial documents and witness materialsPerform administrative and litigation support tasks to keep the practice running smoothlyQualifications3+ years of litigation experience required3+ years of legal secretary experience requiredPersonal injury litigation experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements requiredProficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel requiredExperience with legal software and case management systems preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail requiredWhy You Will Love Working HereThis is a great opportunity for an experienced litigation legal secretary who wants to be part of a respected, team-oriented office handling meaningful work.
