Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. Position Summary The License Eligible Therapist - Addictions will utilize a strengths based recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy services to individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals. Education/Experience Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field accredited by the US Department of Education required Minimum two (2) years experience in related field required Community Mental Health experience highly preferred Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatment Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred Licensure Must have a temporary license to practice or; Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of Indiana Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) preferred Must be working towards full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) Benefits Group Medical (PPO and HSA Plans) Affordable visits, labs, and prescriptions through Aspire Indiana Health clinics Health Savings Account Group Dental and Vision Plans Prescription coverage, including low copays on all covered medications through select pharmacy locations Employee Wellness Program Group Life, AD&D Insurance Long Term Disability Short Term Disability Paid-Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Paid Bereavement Retirement Plan with generous employer match - Up to 6% match Employee Referral Bonus Program Your Money Line Financial Wellness Program Drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees.
