Position Overview Kurt Goeser State Farm is adding a Customer Retention Specialist in Lawrence, KS to help existing customers with policy questions, billing, claims follow-up, and coverage updates. This is a steady, customer-facing office role for someone organized, patient, and comfortable handling phone-based service.
