- Types of Cases: inpatient OBGYN
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of clinical services (100 patients, to include at least 15 Cesarean sections and 30 vaginal deliveries) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months, Applicant must also provide documentation of provision of clinical services (50 gynecology patients) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months, WA License is required due to turnaround time for credentialing, Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS
- Number of deliveries: 2-6 deliveries in a 24hr shift, Department has 50-75 deliveries per month
- OB Procedures: D&C, C-section, other inpatient OBGYN procedures
